I think Ulysses biggest challenge was his own arrogance. The reason Poseidon was mad at Ulysses was because of how arrogant he was and how he killed the Cyclops

I respectfully disagree with Linda.
His biggest challenge.
Was with Aeolus of winds.
He was almost home.

Nice haiku Jerome! It really spelled out his biggest challenge. However, i think that his biggest challenge was something different. His biggest challenge occurred in the cattle of the sun when all his crew died. this is because as a result of this ulysses had no crew to help him get home.

The biggest challenge for Ulysses is that Poseidon put so many challenges in his path.

I would say that his most difficult challenge so far has been Scylla and Charybdis. It was so difficult he couldn't overcome it.

I think that the biggest challenge was when he and his men has to go up against scylla because 6 of his men died and scylla ate them so charybdis had took there lives away and he had about eight men left and by they time ulyesses look back to of his strongest men were gone

I think Ulysses biggest challenge was fighting the Cyclops Polyphemus and also watching his men get eaten by the Cyclops. Also trying to escape the cave.

I feel Ulysses biggest challenge to overcome is lying to Polyphemus I think he told him that his name is "nobody" but if you lie to Polyphemus I heard he'll give you hard challenges to face.

I think that his biggest thing to overcome was being on a ship with his crew without any food.

I think his biggest thing to over come was when he got sent back to the keep of the winds because two men on the boat opened the sack full of winds.

I think that his biggest obstacle is that being on a ship with lots of other man that sometimes can be hard headed and not listen also with no food can be hard and tough. Not only that but being that everyone is coming for him such as his enemies is causing him to put up fights to protect him and his shipmates.

Ulysses biggest challenge that he over came was when he made the Cyclops fall to sleep. By giving him the wine and stabbing his eye out and made him blind. Once Ulysses got away he made a big mistake by telling the Cyclops his name. So the Cyclops told his father to punish him and make it hard for Ulysses to get home...
I think it is when Ulysses went to the Cyclops cave. This is because he witnessed many of his men get eaten. Also, Polythemus had asked Poseidon the give bad luck to Ulysses.
